About
I am originally from Essex but moved to Norfolk around 19 years ago. I currently work as a Legal Secretary at a local firm of solicitors and live with my husband Dave and 2 Cocker Spaniels.
It was being made redundant from my previous job that enabled me to treat both myself and Dave to our first cruise. This gave me the inspiration to write “It’s all Greek at Sea” and now there is no stopping me! I have already written book number two.
“A Nice Day for a Greek Wedding”, which is set on my favourite Greek island, Zakynthos and there are another 3 books in the pipeline, one of which is a Christmas novel.
Apart from writing, I am an avid reader and enjoy books from varying genres, including thrillers, horror and holiday based fiction, Some of my favourite authors are Heidi Swain, Lee Child, James Patterson, Stephen King and Victoria Hislop. I also enjoy cooking for family and friends, when I get the time, going on holiday, trying to learn Greek and listening to music.
I have entered this profession at quite a late stage in my life and am really excited at where it could take me. Writing a book is something that I have wanted to do for years but never had the courage, inspiration or the wealth of life experiences that I have now. After years of holidays, different jobs and life in general, I have observed some wonderful characters and situations which I can now share with my readers.
